A hosted mock API server your whole team can edit
Import your OpenAPI spec or Postman collection, get a live URL for every endpoint, and let frontend, mobile, QA and backend work in parallel. Five seats, one invoice, no metered requests.
Trusted by +5000 developers from startups to enterprise
Weeks spent waiting for APIs
In many companies, development teams spend weeks waiting for APIs to be ready or coordinating changes between frontend and backend. Mocks live in one developer's laptop, QA cannot reproduce an error without help, and the mobile team needs a tunnel to test anything.
Complete APIs, simulated in minutes, shared by everyone
With Mockfly, your teams simulate complete APIs in minutes from the contract you already have, on a hosted URL every app and every person can call. Development moves in parallel, edge cases are one rule away, and the switch to the real backend is an environment variable.
Built for the whole delivery team
A mock API is only useful if everyone who needs it can reach it and change it. That is the difference between a hosted mock server and mocks in code.
Frontend developers
Import the OpenAPI spec or Postman collection, point the app at the project URL and ship the feature before the backend exists. Switch endpoints to the real API one by one with proxy mode.
Mobile developers
A real HTTPS URL for iOS and Android builds, TestFlight and Play testers. No local server on every laptop, no tunnel, no VPN.
QA engineers
Flip a response to 500, 429 or an empty list with a rule on a header or query param. Reproduce the sad paths without asking a developer to change code.
Backend and platform teams
Publish the contract as a live mock, read the request logs to see what the frontend actually sends, and drive everything from CI with the public API or the MCP server.
Live in an afternoon, not a sprint
Three steps, no infrastructure. On the Company plan we do them with you in a 30-minute call.
Import what you have
OpenAPI 3.x, Swagger 2.0, a Postman collection or a HAR capture from the browser. Every path becomes an editable endpoint. No spec? The Chrome extension captures real requests.
Import docsInvite the team
Five seats included on Team. Give QA and product access, keep one invoice, and let the offline CLI serve the same project in CI or on a plane.
See the plansPoint the apps at it
One environment variable per app, or your own hostname: serve the mocks on api-mock.yourcompany.com and swap the backend with a DNS change. When the real backend ships an endpoint, switch it to proxy mode and leave the rest mocked.
Proxy mode docsKey benefits for your company
Many projects get delayed by dependencies between teams and incomplete APIs. Mockfly removes these obstacles: your developers start immediately with realistic mock data, catch issues earlier, and deliver faster.
Faster launches
Frontend, mobile and backend build in parallel against the same contract from day one.
Flat, predictable pricing
No metered requests. Team is 49€ a month for 5 seats, 9€ per extra seat, one invoice.
One shared workspace
Everyone edits the same mocks; changes are live immediately, with logs and body history.
Invite anyone
Team seats can invite free accounts too, so QA, design and product join without extra licenses.
Trusted by developers and QA teams around the world
From startups to teams at Inditex, BBVA and La Liga, Mockfly is used to simulate APIs quickly, safely and collaboratively.

Questions teams ask before switching
How is the Team plan billed?
49€ a month (or 490€ a year, two months free) includes 5 seats. Each additional seat is 9€ a month, up to 100 seats, on a single invoice. You can add or remove seats at any time from the app.
Can we invite people who do not have a paid account?
Yes. On the Team plan you can invite anyone to your projects, including free accounts, so testers, designers and stakeholders can view and edit mocks without buying a seat each.
Can we import our existing API definition?
Yes. Mockfly imports OpenAPI 3.x and Swagger 2.0 specs, Postman collections (v2.1) and HAR captures. Paste the document, upload the file or give Mockfly its URL, and every path and saved response becomes an endpoint.
What does the Company plan include?
Everything in Team, plus the setup done for you in a 30-minute call (we import your OpenAPI or Postman collection and leave it running), centralized billing and custom invoicing, custom seats, integrations and an SLA, and a direct line to the people who build Mockfly. From 199€ a month.
Can we serve the mocks on our own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Team. Add a hostname like api-mock.yourcompany.com to the project, create a CNAME to edge.mockfly.dev and verify it. Mockfly issues and renews the TLS certificate, and the mocks answer on your domain without the /mocks/namespace prefix, so apps and SDKs with absolute paths swap between the mock and the real API with a DNS change.
Can the mocks run in CI or without internet?
Yes. The mockfly-cli npm package pulls your projects and serves them from localhost with the same rules, Faker templates and placeholders as production. Use it in CI jobs, air-gapped environments or on a plane.
Can we automate mock creation?
Yes. The public REST API manages projects, endpoints and responses with API keys, and the MCP server lets coding agents such as Claude or Cursor create and edit mocks from a prompt.
